Terms and conditions

Agreements concerning road transport are always subject to the General Transport Conditions (AVC), like the last version filed at the registry of the courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Cross-border road transport takes place in accordance with the CMR convention and in addition to the aforementioned AVC. All disputes arising from or related to (the) agreement (s) concluded between the parties will be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands. Dutch law is applicable. The conditions are provided to you before or at the conclusion of the agreement and will be sent free of charge upon request. Below you can also download and read these terms and conditions.
