Overbeek Container Control b.v. (OCC) performs all common empty depot activities at its depot at the Butaanweg in Rotterdam, such as:

• Storage
  Overbeek has a large storage capacity in the middle of the Rotterdam port.
• Handling
  Handling is possible to and from roads, barges and rails.
• Cleaning
  Containers are cleaned with great skill by using systems that comply with all environmental requirements.
• Repairs
  Overbeek cooperates with professional repairmen, for example specialized in reefers for which a large number of power connections are available, so repairs can be carried out quickly and expensive equipment can be used again as soon as possible.
• Reports
  All possible reports can be sent in all possible ways from the computerized system, for example electronic gate-in and gate-out reports, electronic estimates, etc.

Reefers

Because of its many years’ experience, Depot OCC has become a specialist in processing cooled containers / reefers. These containers require high service and flexibility. The reefers are tested before they leave the port. This test is called a Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) and guarantees the operation of the reefer. OCC cooperates with a specialized company that has been co-established by Overbeek for these tests. 
Because Overbeek also performs transport with reefers, it knows more than anybody else that clients make high demands upon temperature-sensitive cargo. An accurate setting is therefore top priority. 
A swift dispatch is also a focal point of OCC so the flow speed of expensive equipment is as high as possible for the client.
